Postbank selects technology from Mobius
Postbank is set to roll out software from Mobius Management Systems to archive its critical business and customer data.
The German bank will implement the ViewDirect content-management suite as part of an initiative to re-organise data files, including monetary transactions, account statements, files and reports from various banking activities.
In excess of 50 million items are expected to be archived on a daily basis, with the first phase of the implementation to be completed in early 2006. The new system will form part of a platform modernisation project for the organisation’s new transaction banking business model.

Symbian to deploy ECM solution from Percussion
Symbian Ltd has selected technology from Percussion Software to support the upgrade of its website at: www.symbian.com. Percussion’s enterprise-content-management solution, Rhythmyx, will be deployed alongside Lyrix, its content migration product.
The out-of-the-box solution will be used to manage web content, documents, digital assets, portals and scanned images. It will also enable Symbian to cost effectively re-use and re-purpose content previously created in Lotus Domino applications.

AIM Software and Xen Business Solutions have announced that they will form a strategic alliance to provide a seamless integration between their respective solutions.
The combined offering will provide financial institutions with a comprehensive approach to treasury and portfolio management, via Xen’s COMPASS tool.
