Mobius unveils records management for SharePoint
Content-management company Mobius has released ViewDirect RM for SharePoint 4.6, a records-management solution designed for users of Microsoft SharePoint products.
It allows organisations to index, link, store, search, access and manage any records stored in SharePoint over the complete lifecycle, and destroys them in a timely manner. Doing so enables compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate retention policies. The product uses a touch-less approach that allows ViewDirect RM for SharePoint to manage the record lifecycle while the records remain in the SharePoint SQL repository.
